FIRE SAFE GASKETS
Fire safe Gasket Kits are designed for preventing leakage of process fluid and have insulation during fire. As many of the soft material will burnt during fire. As many of the soft material loose its insulation strength. Prevent the leak through the flange joint during fire, protection given on the outer layers. Insulation Gasket kit is given with regular spring energized PTFE seal and E ring provided with special high temperature Xylar-2 coating. And Insulation Gasket kit is given With regular spring energized PTFE seal and Kammprofile provided with special high temperature Xylar-2 coating and Mica sheathing. The insulation maintained by spring energized PTFE seal and leak maintained by spring energized PTFE as primary seal during process. Leak prevented by E ring seal or Kammprofile with Mica during fire.
