METAL JACKETED GASKETS

Double Jacketed Gaskets are mostly used flat surface in Heat Exchangers and equipments wherever wall thickness is less and design pressure is less. And also used in all pipeline flanges and other type of flanges. Generally it compressed to 30% of its thickness and seal. These Gaskets are made out of two layers same metal with soft material. Soft metal covered with layer to form a primary and secondary sealing surface. Mostly made in round in nature. It can be manufactured in any shape as per the design. Mostly manufactured as per customer specific design (Tylor made) and also in ASME B16.20 up to 60” all the required pressure class. Partition if required can be manufactured and attached as per requirements.
